Kongpop U-yen, Ph.D. received the doctorate degree in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology USA in 2007. With his personal interest in weather, climate and space, Kongpop did the independent research in quantum physics and electrical engineering to explain how the solar system was created, the acitivity in the solar system and how the activity in the solar system and the planet alignment effect the weather and the natural disaster on earth. Kongpop gave lectures and presented the research to the public and developed tools to predict the natural disaster on earth.
While working as an engineer at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), USA, Kongpop is an author and co-author in 42 academic publications and received 6 patents (3 more patents are in the process) Kongpop received NASA Robert H. Goddard Engineering Award in 2014 and Science & Technology Advancement Award from NASA Goddard’s Applied Engineering and Technology Directorate in 2011 and 2017
